About Cryptomat
A daily crypto-markets newsroom. We read 19 news feeds, 110 token tapes, and an on-chain firehose so you don't have to.
Cryptomat publishes one market brief every morning at 06:00 UTC, breaks news as it lands, and runs per-coin deep-dives on Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and 110+ other assets. The data comes in first. The story gets built on top of it.
Crypto media is mostly two things. Pay-to-play token shilling, or breathless macro commentary that could have been written without looking at a chart. We try to do something else: name the sources, print the numbers, flag what we don't know, and refuse to call a target price. If a setup is boring, we'll say it's boring.
What we publish
- Daily Brief - 06:00 UTC. The single most important shift in the last 24 hours, with the numbers behind it and what to watch next.
- Breaking news. Only importance-8+ events. ETF flows, exchange outages, protocol incidents, regulatory filings. No rip-and-read from Twitter.
- Per-coin deep-dives. Technical setup, on-chain flows, sentiment read, bull / base / bear scenarios with invalidation levels for each.
- Weekly Report - Saturday 07:00 UTC.What accelerated, what reversed, what's still range-bound.
House rules
- No price predictions.Only scenarios with a named invalidation level. "Bull case: $78k holds as support" is fine. "BTC going to $120k" is not.
- No hype vocabulary. You will not see the words "moon", "rocket", "100x", or "guaranteed". If you spot one, it's a bug - email us.
- No paid coverage. We do not accept payment to cover a token, a protocol, or a launch. Ever.
- Sources printed, not paraphrased. Every article links the regulator filing, the on-chain transaction, the official statement, the original reporter.
- Corrections are visible. If we get something wrong, the correction runs at the top of the article with a timestamp.
- Editor-owned, machine-assisted. Drafts are produced with our own prompt library and voice guide, then run through a filter that blocks hype vocabulary, unsourced numbers, and bare price targets. Editors decide what ships and are responsible for every byline. Full pipeline on the methodology page.
