Third-party content quoted, excerpted, or embedded (including RSS headlines, press-release text, and market data from third-party APIs) remains the property of its respective rights holders and is used under fair use or via data-partnership agreements.

5. Intellectual property

The Cryptomat name, logo, visual design, and brand assets are our exclusive property. The CryptoBeast name and related marks belong to our data partner and are used under agreement. You may not use these marks without written permission.

6. Third-party links and services

The Service links to third-party websites, data sources, and services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Linking does not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of content.

Market data, prices, and analysis are provided for informational purposes and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or that the Service is free of harmful components.

Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. See our Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryptomat, its operators, affiliates, and its parent CryptoBeast.ai are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow certain limitations of liability, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cryptomat, its operators, and its parent from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, particularly in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms. Sections 4 (Licensing), 7 (Disclaimer), 8 (Liability), and 12 (Governing law) survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes are announced on the homepage and to newsletter subscribers at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Belgrade, Serbia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction grant exclusive jurisdiction elsewhere.

13. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A waiver of any breach does not waive future breaches.
